HiFiTutor offers subscription plans for access to our AI-powered learning tools. Due to the nature of digital services and AI-driven content, we do not offer refunds for payments made for ongoing or past subscriptions. However, we do offer the following options:
Trial Period: If you are on a trial plan, you may cancel at any time during the trial period to avoid being charged for a full subscription.
Subscription Cancellation: If you decide to cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the platform until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for the following cycle.
2. Refund Requests
We want you to be happy with your HiFiTutor experience. If you believe there has been an error or issue with your account or payment, please contact us within 7 days of the payment date. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds may be issued in certain exceptional circumstances, including:

3. Non-Refundable Services
Please note that all digital products, AI-generated content, and services that have been provided, including but not limited to personalized study plans, NCLEX question banks, and AI tutor responses, are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.
